Data Acquisition, Transient Recorder System
The Win600e Data Acquisition System offers high speed, high performance in a completely integrated system enabling complete signal to report acquisition in a single instrument.
Hardware
- Two available mainframes
with integrated touchscreen controls simplify operation.
- Mix and match high resolution acquisition
cards for optimal performance. Independent 12-, 14- and 16-bit digitizers
with available sample rates to 50 MS/s per channel.
- Signal conditioning
modules support signal isolation, ICP type accelerometers and bridge
type transducers including Quarter, Half and Full bridge types.
- A separate timebase/trigger
board assures simultaneous clocking on all digitizers on a per board
basis. Logical and/or triggering ensures worry free capture of even
the most elusive event.
- Augment your transient memory
with dedicated streaming hardware
featuring up to 400 kS/s aggregate ultra-long continuous storage to
disk per acquisition card.
- 8-pole Butterworth or Bessel filtering
can be added to nearly every acquisition board available for the Win600e
data acquisition system.
Software
- The powerful display software lets you view your data in realtime in a variety of different ways
- Quickly program the Win600e even without programming knowledge using
the macro programming capability.
The Learn mode allows you to step
through the program sequence once and documents the program accordingly
in the on-line help editor. Add branch statements and work instructions.
Macro functions can be mapped to front panel controls to simplify repetitive
tasks.
- Control and display data from the Win600e in real-time from a remote
location via an Ethernet connection remote
control software . No need to be at the site of a test. With the
Win600e remote Control Capabilities, software setup and test procedures
can be done from any location inside or outside the testing area.
- Creating meaningful printed documentation is an important part of
data distribution and archival. With the Win600e software's integrated
report generator you can quickly create reports complete with waveforms,
data, graphics, and text.
- For custom calculations use the on-board waveform calculator. Combine trigonometric, statistical and waveform calculations and plot results with the press of a button. For more extensive analysis data can be exported in a number of different third party analysis packages.
- Realtime oscilloscope mode enables triggered refresh displays with fast update rates
- Continuous recorder mode features smooth scrolling “strip-chart” type displays
- FFT analyzer mode offering magnitude, dB, 1/3 Octave, Correlation, Coherence, Impulse function and PSD function at sample rates up to 10 MS/s.
Options and Accessories
- The GPIB option allows
the instrument to be controlled by a remote computer from a central
location or act as an instrument controller. A complete library of commands
enables setup, data analysis, data storage and report generation.
- Connect multiple systems together with time synchronous sampling
using the master / slave capability.
A dedicated clocking control line enables time synchronicity.
- Synchronize system clock to GPS
/ IRIG time stamp using the optional time stamp board.
- Thermocouple data can be integrated
into the data stream from an external IOTech TempScan/1100 for simultaneous
monitoring of temperature data and other high speed inputs. Data analysis
software provides linearization curves for J, K, T, E, R, S, B, N-14GA,
and N-28FA thermocouples.
- The optional RPM
board offers two channels for measuring rotational RPM and TDC (top-dead-center)
for use in engine combustion applications, for flow measurements or
to measure speed from linear encoders.
