Troubleshooting Guide

Hi-Techniques systems are designed to be among the most robust and reliable in the marketplace. Should your system experience difficulty, please attempt the following troubleshooting tips:

1. Re-secure all external connections

2. Re-boot the system using the traditional Windows reset (depressing Ctrl-Alt-Del keys simultaneously)

3. In some rare instances, your active setup file may become corrupt. To load the default setup, locate and delete the current setup file locating in the c:\HT600 directory; Win600.set and Win600.ini. Delete these files from the directory using the delete key. Re-boot the system using the Ctrl-Alt-Del keys. The system will re-boot with the default setup.
