Hi-Techniques offers toll-free product support from 8am to 5pm Central US time at 1-800- 248-1633 (US and Canada only). Application engineers are ready and able to answer your specific questions regarding instrument operation, service, and customization.

A one-year warranty is offered on all Hi-Techniques manufactured equipment and includes software upgrades for the duration of the warranty period. Warranties for parts and labor can be extended beyond that period.

When contacting Hi-Techniques please have serial number and software version available for support personnel.

Service Note

A special service note to customers of older Hi-Techniques products including the IQ300, IQ400, Prowler, or Conqueror data acquisition system.

We appreciate the purchase of your Hi-Techniques or Norland data acquisition system or digital oscilloscope and we hope that it has given you many years of fine service. Due to technology advances, the IQ200, IQ300, IQ400, Prowler, and Conqueror data acquisition systems products have become increasingly difficult to maintain. Accordingly, these products have been officially retired as of September 30th, 2004. All service and support for these products has been discontinued.

Hi-Techniques does offer a family of newer data acquisition products that surpass the capabilities of the retired products. Even though our newer systems have increased features and sophistication, your data files collected over the years are fully compatible with all our current software. For information on potential replacements products, please visit the Products section of this web site or contact or Sales Department at info@hi-techniques.com.
